The Cohort is a private membership group for eligible tech workers using collective scale to improve access, education, and negotiated group-based wealth-management economics.
Members may be evaluating concentrated equity, liquidity events, tax planning, estate planning, advisor selection, or other complex financial decisions. The goal is not to sell a product. The goal is to give the group better access and clearer information than individuals may be able to obtain alone.

The Cohort began as a private effort among SpaceX alumni and community members facing a similar question: when concentrated equity becomes meaningful, what should come next?
That problem is broader than one company. Many tech workers eventually face complex planning decisions and may benefit from better education, better process, and group-negotiated access.
