The Cohort is a private membership group for eligible technology professionals. It uses collective scale to improve access, education, transparency, and wealth-management economics.
Members may be navigating concentrated equity, liquidity events, tax and estate planning, adviser selection, or other complex financial decisions. The goal is not to sell a product. It is to give members better access and clearer information than they may be able to obtain individually.

The Cohort began as a private effort among SpaceX alumni and others in the SpaceX community facing a shared question: when concentrated equity becomes meaningful, what should come next?
That need extends beyond any one company. Technology professionals across the industry may eventually face complex planning decisions and benefit from better information, a more deliberate process, and group-negotiated access.
